MVCA is an organization of professional school and college counselors in Madison and Oneida counties, who are dedicated to providing our students with comprehensive school counseling services, including post-secondary planning.
As an organization, we have sponsored activities that benefit our students directly and indirectly, including hosting our annual College Night and awarding thousands of dollars in scholarship money to students of our members. In addition, we are planning to expand our services and activities to become more inclusive of counselors working with all grades levels.

All area counselors are invited to join our association. The membership fee is only $10. All paid members receive an invitation to our annual MVCA dinner and have the opportunity for their students to apply for the MVCA scholarship.
We are asking that all memberships be submitted online and paid for by April 1, 2023. This gives us time to compose our membership list for accurate distribution of information regarding the scholarships, annual dinner, and additional events as needed.
